COT Contractors began abatement with weeds, outdoor storage, refuse and dog waste. Owner's son aggressively starts yelling towards CE inspectors and clean-up crew. CE hand-delivered Warrant, for clean-up, to owner's son. CE and COT contractors backed off and contacted TPD. TPD arrived on site and assist the situation. After conversation with TPD and CE the situation de-escalated. The owner and owner's son then cooperated with the abatement process. TPD was very helpful and stayed on site for the majority of time of the clean-up. Contacted PAC to help assist with the clean up. There was 7-8 dogs on the property within the chain-link fence, 2 large dogs, one medium size, and the rest puppies. PAC was unable to assist with the situation since the owner of the dogs, owner's daughter, was not on site. Owner and owner's son, then moved the dogs to a fenced-off middle area. Which helped COT Contractors to be able to clean up the property. There was an accumulation of weeds, dog waste, trash, and outdoor storage on the property. COT Contractors trimmed weeds, overgrown small trees, clean-up and abated the violations at this time. Case closed- Resolved. | |
