Vehicle struck west exterior wall of Circle K by hitting a metal propane enclosure, pushing this into the wall. Wall behind the propane tank is pushed in. This area is approximately 22 feet south of the corner of the wall at northwest side. Inside the store at this area, there is cracking in the drywall and an electrical outlet that is pushed and cover is separating, can see into the outlet. This outlet shall be checked for damage and replaced if necessary. Back on the exterior wall, there is a 20 amp breaker box for an Amazon locker that has damaged electrical conduit and live wires are exposed. There is damage to stucco in this area. The Amazon locker was struck and pushed into into the water line. TFD turned off water due to water gushing out of broken pipe. Isolated power to Amazon locker breaker 22 on panel A. Isolated damaged interior outlet breaker 29 on panel B. Both turned off and labeled to remain off. Issued NOV and NAO. Permits are required for repairs with use of a licensed contractor. -VM |
