923 am - No trash containers found on site. There is trash and debris in the front yard and at curb. Front yard is full of storage and trash and debris. Dogs barking in yard. Water service is off for non payment. Unable to make contact at front door due to aggressive dog in front yard that attacked me through front gate. Called listed number and no answer. -VM |
