During this inspection, it has come to light that the kitchen sink is leaking water, and there are holes into the drywall behind the kitchen sink. There is also a large hole through the exterior block wall in the dishwasher enclosure where you can see daylight through. Tenant states animals come into the unit through the hole. -VM | |
