ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE IS NO VISIBLE ACCUMULATION OF OUTDOOR STORAGE OR REFUSE. CALLER WOULD NEED TO IDENITY THEMSELVES TO ALLOW ACCESS FROM THEIR YARD TO VIEW ANY STRUCTURES IN THE REAR. NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. AREA HAS AN HOA, CALLER CAN REVIEW THE CC&R'S AND SPEAK WITH THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE HOA WITH COMPLAINTS. |
