On site with managers. Workers are on site cleaning the property. Crew remove refuse and debris every day. The units with boards on windows and doors are vacant. When the unit is rented the boards come off. The homeless will break the windows and doors of vacant units. It is too expensive to replace windows and doors every week. Manager stated he asked homeless people to leave the property or he will call TPD. Homeless replied go ahead because TPD will not arrest me. Close case. |
