Owner repaired the vehicle and it is now operable. The property is owned and not rented, so the dilapidated roof on the east side of the home is used for storage and it is up to the owner to repair it when he is able,. The owner is an elderly gentleman that is sick and unable to perform some of the repairs to his property. |
