07/21/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | 1258 PM - Contact with property manager on site. Says the tower building (the only four-story building) is being remodeled. Specifically, kitchen sinks are being moved locations in all units, therefore water is being shut off daily between 8 AM and 10 AM. Observed all four floors common areas hallways. The fourth floor has a dropped ceiling installed, ceiling tiles are missing throughout, leaving light fixtures hanging from the upper ceiling. Per property manager this is due to need to assess pipes for leaks. There are no visible hazards due to this. Did observe some water lines into units have been changed from copper to PEX. Floors 1 through 3 do not have drop ceilings, no apparent work without permits done on these floors. Did advise property manager 30 days compliance, needs to have permits issued. -VM |
