The property is a vacant lot and is owned by the H.O.A. which does not exist. It has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris is in-between a chain link fence next door to 715 W. Carol Christine Pl. and a masonry wall next door to 713 W. Carol Christine Pl. and goes to the rear of the property behind 715 W. Carol Christine Pl. Had an area and the H.O.A. was not able to be located or made contact with. Will do N.O.V. and send out for bids to have the property cleaned. RV. |
