Found broken window where the OSB was kicked in from the inside to enter the room. Did not find anyone in the room. Did call the owners rep. and he was going to check on the contractor doing the securing. Did wait for awhile and no call than called and did go over not able to wait that long if the contractor coming from Phoenix area. The call was made to Arcaiden Industries to come to the site to have the openings secured. Once arrived on site to have the openings secured I left the site due to working for the owner of the property. RV.
06/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Was on site and checked the units and all was secured. Did re-tie the fence panel that was loose from yesterday and locked the gates that were left opened. Did take inspector Morales and helped check the site. Did call T.P.D. to let know that I was on site and all was secured. RV.

Did call the owners rep. and bringing in security and working on cleaning an office space for the security to stay. They will start working on the building soon. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
