TFD-Fire laundry room fire located outside rental unit in back yard area. Fire damaged electrical, exterior stucco wall, sheathing, insulation, drywall, electrical wiring. Hole knocked into roof and wall on the west side of rental unit. Fire, smoke and water damage to rental unit. Electrical service turned off by TEP. Notice to vacate, permits required and indemnification form issued to occupant and owner of the rental unit. FU IN 30 |
