112 PM - Placed calls to complainant on 8/25/23 at 9:11 AM and 9/7/23 at 11:37 AM, left messages both calls. Complainant did not return calls. Did attempt contact at apartment on 9/12/23 at 1:12 PM. Knocked twice, there was no answer. Spoke to apartment management, who states the tenant has moved out and the unit is being renovated. She did not have access to verify if the cooling was working. Unable to verify this complaint, will close case. -VM |
