Property has numerous hazards. Concerned for the well being of the occupant. I can clearly see the windows and doors are blocked with refuse and storage. Noticed the AC unit on the roof is not working. No water service at this address since 2021. Requested for TPD to conduct a well check. Verified by concern. Elderly occupant in dire living conditions unfit, unsanitary, hazardous to health and safety. Shut down house, disconnected electrical services. Owner has a Guardian living in north Phoenix. Guardian came down and relocated elderly man and signed for all paper work associated to the shut down. Guardian states he will clean up and sell the home. Owner will be relocated to a safer healthier environment. |
