On site with owner. There is ew flooring, paint cabinets which does not require permits. He stated a roof contractor will be replacing roof covering only, no structural work being done on roof. He is add stucco to the brick house. Was unable to determine if there was new plumbing or electrical. Permit will be required for new hot water heater and new AC. |
