All other items remain in violation. Owner drove by and stopped to speak to me. She has paperwork from courts and is looking to evict the tenant responsible for the unscreened storage. Did advise due to partial compliance will provide an extension but do expect all violations abated or eviction papers filed w/ the courts otherwise she will be cited. -VM | |

Address is displayed on 4202 building and on the 1662 building. Weeds have been cut on the property and remain in compliance in the sidewalk area and street. Issue citation for: Illegal storage in the side and rear yards of property; trash and debris on the property; duty to remove trash and debris from right of way; tree branches blocking the street sign. -VM |
