1246 PM - Cabinets under kitchen sink are rotted and warped, becoming detached. Observe live roaches in kitchen, unknown insects in the bathroom. Bathroom has ceiling damage, tenant states this was due to a leak upstairs. Drywall was patched, area needs to be repaired and repainted. Tenant states a cabinet attached to the wall above the toilet came off the wall after the leak and struck the toilet, toilet is loose and not properly attached to the floor. -VM |
