Masonry wall does exist on the property in the alley and measured 6 feet in height and does not require a permit. Also, according to Tucson PRO there was already a masonry wall in place since before 2016 and the owner stated that he just removed the original wall and replaced it with the same type of wall. No trash and debris was present |
