134 PM - Visited property, found a number of dusk to dawn TEP maintained street lights along streets of the complex. These are street lights typical to public street lights, point down, and do not appear new. Drove around complex with Maintenance Director of property. All lights I observed point down and do not appear to be in violation. Did leave a message for the complainant. -VM |
