245 PM - The large palm tree fronds have been removed, a few smaller palm tree fronds remain. The owner has now installed retaining walls around the palm trees, less than 1 foot in height, and wood chips/plant debris is spread in a manner consistent with mulch or soil cover. There are no longer any accumulations of refuse or debris in the front yard. Violation abated, close case. -VM |
