The tenant was on site and was able to check the wall unit in the bedroom and was not cooling properly. Did meet with the maintenance and he was checking and working on cleaning the unit. Has a wall unit in the living room and is working and cooling the area. Will check the site tomorrow. Was on site with inspector Aaron. RV. |
