121 PM - Entered unit with tenant on site. Observed rodent droppings in kitchen cabinet. There is an open hole into the drywall where sewer line enters wall. Drywall is damaged near the floor by kitchen cabinets. Drywall removed near blower motor/HVAC system upstairs. The apartment has interior sanitation issues throughout. All walls are covered in dirt and are otherwise unsanitary. I observed animal/dog waste on the floor of an upstairs bedroom. There is trash and debris scattered throughout the apartment. Will send a notice of violation to the property owner and to the tenant. -VM |
