There is an open hole into the drywall where sewer line enters wall. Drywall is damaged near the floor by kitchen cabinets. Drywall removed near blower motor/HVAC system upstairs. The apartment has interior sanitation issues throughout. All walls are covered in dirt and are otherwise unsanitary. I observed animal/dog waste on the floor of an upstairs bedroom. There is trash and debris scattered throughout the apartment. Will send a notice of violation to the property owner and to the tenant. -VM |
