149 PM - Did recv a call from property owner stating work is complete. Returned and reinspected, found mesquite tree was trimmed, a few remaining branches still growing into the sidewalk area. The dried vegetation has been removed from the front yard. Contact with owner on site, who trimmed the remaining branches. Sidewalk is no longer obstructed. Violations abated, will close case. -VM |
