The vehicles are still on the property. Did talk to the owner of the property and some of the vehicles are operable and went over that will need to hear the vehicle run and see that it moves. Will check in 30 days. RV.
12/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation No one home and left a card in the lock at the drive gate. The property still has vehicles in the front of the property including the carport and in the rear of the property. Did take pictures of the vehicles for citation and will get bids to have the property cleaned. RV.
12/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Met with the owner on site and some of the vehicles have been removed from the property and the remaining will be moved by next week. The trash and debris has also been removed in some areas and will be working on clearing the other areas by next week. The husband is working out of town and will be coming back on Friday to work on the other issues. Will check on the 12-28-2023. RV.
12/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property has been cleaned and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
12/22/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation All the vehicles have been removed from the property and had a vehicle parked on the sidewalk that wasn't there before. The front still needs to be cleaned and will call the owner to let her know. RV.
