After attempting to work with responsible party on retrieving their personal items before the demolition process. The responsible party has not removed their vehicles from around the dilapidated building. It is unknown if they retrieved their personal items from inside the building. The City has met their legal obligations and obtained a court order for the demolition. The City has notified of the demolition going to be scheduled and has obtained bids from contractors. The City is now going to contact the contractor to secure a permit for the court order demolition. |
