| 09/01/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | The office called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house and people inside. Arrived and the units were still on site and had a storage room opened and was sleeping inside the storage room. The was a hole in the wood siding where was kicked in to check on what was inside. The door was screwed shut and plywood was placed over the hole. Did find some exposed wiring and was hot and no disconnect was around the structure. Did have a house in the front of the property and found the disconnect in the middle on the east side and had a hard time getting to it due to trees and tall vegetation. Was able to climb through the vegetation and pull down the handle to turn off the electrical to the exposed wiring. Did talk to Fort Lowell Realty and they were going to check the property. Will call T.E.P. next week to work on removing the meter and will have to cut some trees and vegetation to get to the meter. RV. |
