Met with tenant on site. The kitchen sink is leaking on one side and appears that the washer is not installed and the vinyl is rising against the sink base cabinet. They have roaches and was not able to see them at inspection and the unit is cleaned. The handler filter has not been changed for some time and will need to be changed. Did meet with the management and they made work orders. The tenant just has to come and pick up filter for handler. The will be spraying for roaches on Tuesday. Sink will be checked on repairs. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
