ON SITE AT PROPERTY ALL VEHICES APPEAR TO BE IN WORKING CONDITION. TIRES AND WINDOWS LOOK OPERABLE. THERE IS A WALL AROUND THE PROPERTY AND THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THE SIDE OF THE HOME. |
