Did go over the metal carport made from metal and will need to be engineered with plans. The tenant did ask on removing the carport and did advised that the permit will not be required. Has some wood frame storage rooms at the north side of the property that will need a compliance review with approvals. Did go over that some of the items are on someone else property. The vehicles are being moved. They are having trouble getting a dumpster and will be delivered on 8-8-23 by the City of Tucson. Will check in 30 days. RV. | |
