On site with manager and tenant. The AC is blowing out hot air. Thermostat no working push buttons to move temp up and down and will move. Maintenance will be at the unit in 2 hours. Inform manager there si a2 year old in the unit and if AC cannot be repaired today they will need to provide tenant with a portable cooling unit. |
