On site at Property, verified accumulation of dog feces throughout the backyard. Called and left message for owner that I will be back on Monday morning to inspect if dog feces are not removed. I will be issuing a citation. Also sending a notice of violation for accumulation of dead grass and weeds over 6 inches in height throughout the property. |
