On site initial property inspection. It was verified that there are AC units on top of the Calvary Church on Speedway and Camino Seco, but the AC units are zoned correctly in accordance with the Tucson city code and Tucson, unified development code, commercial zone 1 (c-1). Also, the lighting on the back of the building has no code violations due to the lights being shielded down towards the ground. Case closed – unfounded. |
