Roach infestation in this unit. Spoke with management, that showed me documentation that this unit in particular was treated in April an May 2026 an are currently on the extermination list for each Thursday. Additionally, I had management add unit 109 to the premium extermination list. I informed the tenant that they should ensure management is allowed inside the unit to treat for the roaches; the tenant agreed. |
