On site at property with TFD and owner. TFD stated the conditions of the interior were completely unsanitary, and major health hazard, they found difficult to even enter the property and put out the fire. There was a small fire to the bedroom. TEP and Southwest Gas were out here and TEP turned off the power to the house, and SW Gas turned off the gas. The structure lacks safe and adequate means of exiting. The building's and property's condition is unsanitary, unfit for human habitation. Permits required to restore power and gas. Property needs to be free of refuse and interior unsanitary conditions. Condemnation. Owner signed documents. |
