On site at property with TFD and JC Penney manager. There was a fire the trash compactor next to the loading dock causing fire damages. There is electrical damages. Sprinklers did not go off in time of the fire. Permits required. Repairs for electrical, operating equipment to function correctly, and to repair building sprinklers and for all them to function properly in the event of a fire. |
