There is a hole measuring 6ft x 8ft strait through wall that leaves unit bare to elements, and safety concerns. Unit is condemned until repairs are made and is inspected for any further structural damage. All repairs need to done by licensed contractor and with permits as needed. Do Not Occupy sticker posted in front of unit on window. Property secured by property management and signed indemnification form. all utilities are still active as they do not appear to pose hazard at this time. |
