On site at property, TPD, TFD, TEP, SWG on scene. There is fire, smoke and water damage to entire structure to include wood and metal. There is damage to electrical, bare melted wires and damaged electrical fixtures throughout, in addition mail power supply has been damaged and was cut at main line. There is structural damage to roof throughout, attic space, and rear porch area. There is fire, water, and smoke damage to roof, interior and exterior walls, windows, doors framing, ceiling, drywall, insulation, and HVAC. All utilities disconnected and meters pulled. Structure is condemned and will required permits for all repairs and be done by licensed contractor. Property to be secured by owner. |
