In Violation |
On site at property with TFD, and property manager. There was a fire in the rear of the property storage warehouse structure, causing wall damages and possible electrical. Observed extensive fire-related damage to the interior wall assembly extending vertically from floor level to near the ceiling. Multiple sections of gypsum wall covering were burned through and removed, exposing wood stud framing and OSB sheathing. Visible charring and smoke staining were present around the lower wall opening, with fire damage concentrated near the center base of the wall. The fire created a full penetration through the wall assembly to the exterior, compromising the integrity of the wall system. Insulation materials were exposed and partially damaged. Electrical conduit mounted on the wall appeared exposed to heat and should be evaluated by a licensed electrician for damage and code compliance. Debris from burned and damaged wall materials was present on the floor. Further structural evaluation is recommended to determine the extent of fire, smoke, and heat damage to framing members and adjacent building components. Permits required. Management signed and secured wall and property. |
