1011 am - Found two vehicles parked in front yard, both do not have any characteristics of being inoperable or junk vehicles. The backyard is screened by a 5 ft block wall and junk vehicles may be stored in the rear yard. I did observe three vehicles in the rear yard that are not dismantled or appear to be worked on. I found no mechanical equipment visible from the alley or other signs of a business being ran out of the alley. Did hear roosters on the property. There is a White Grand Caravan 1NA 7PD parked in and obstructing the alley. Spoke with the tenant on site who denies doing work here on the property and said there is a house corner of this one that does construction work in the middle of the night. He also confirms he has roosters. States the van will be moved as it ran out of gas in the alley. Will issue NOV for roosters and vehicle blocking. -VM |
