Little has been done however I did get to speak to the owner of the proeprty. He said he is working on selling/relocating the cars and cleaning up the property. I also explained that he needed to clear the backyard of debris and fix the fence and the shingle falling off the roof. |

The remiaing violations are the dilapidated wood fence and the dead vegetation on the north side of the property. I left the owner a message and hope to hear back within a week, If I do not I will procee to cite. |
