05/19/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Arrived on scene at 11am. TFD, the tenant (Francisco Castro), and the maintenance men for the trailer park were present upon my arrival. TFD had already neutralized the fire and explained that they had worked with TEP to isolate power to the affected Unit (#4). A brush fire on the exterior of the unit's NE corner caused damage to the exterior and interior of the unit as well as its electrical system. For this reason, the power to the unit was cut. The fire has rendered the trailer vulnerableto further damage from the weather and elements. The owner and tenant were both informed that a licensed electritian would need to pass the property before electricity coul be restored and a licensed contractor would need to make the necessary repairs to re-weatherproof the trailer.
I spoke to the owner who asked that I send the paperworkto him via email. Hard copies will be sent to the address listed for with the county assessor. The tenant signed an indempdification and order to vacate. The door was stickered with a "Do Not Enter" sign at 11:47am prior to my departure.
