Arrived to site at 405 PM to investigate a complaint alleging the dumpster area of the Filibertos restaurant is not being maintained free of trash, debris and homeless; and that the dumpster location itself is a violation and causing structural damage to the abutting home to the north. Upon arrival, I observed no homeless people in the dumpster area or on the property of the restaurant. I observed no tarps, tents or shelters consistent with homeless encampments. There are gates installed on the dumpster enclosure which are closed upon my arrival. The dumpster enclosure, as well as the entire property is clear of any accumulations of trash or debris. The location of the dumpster is in the approved location on the last approved site plan under Permit T11CM00659. Issues regarding illegal drug activity or other criminal activity shall be reported to the Police Department. -VM |
