A single family residence was built on site and completed in approximately 2024 under permit TC-MDP-1222-00039. Per PDSD section manager, owner of property stated he would not be doing grading work and instead build the house on the flat portion of the lot. Grading work was in fact done, and Development Package TD-DEV-0424-00129 was applied for to address the grading, but permit never issued. Spoke with the property owner and advised there needs to be activity on the above mentioned permit within 2 weeks or he will be cited again. -VM |
