On site at property, TFD on scene when arrived, fire damage isolation to storage room attached on NS of structure. There is fire damage to main electrical panel, light and electric fixtures, bare exposed wires, damage to walls, ceiling, exterior stucco, and fascia, there is structural damage to wood. electric meter pulled by TEP. Entire structure is condemned due main electrical panel damage and unsafe electrical conditions. Owner signed indemnification form. Do not occupy posted at front window. All repairs require permits and to be completed within 60 days. |
