The tenant of the property indicatedthat the yard sale she is doing has been laborious as it has beenundertaken by her alone. She said she has been setting it up for a few days and expected it to be completed by next week. I will return to confirm its removal at that time. Holding off sending the NOV to the owner until I confirm the yard sale constitutes a violation. |
