Electrical system damaged, insulation damaged, drywall damaged, plumbing damaged. Ceiling, walls and flooring damaged by fire, smoke and water. Issued a notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification form and posted bldg unsafe to occupy. License Contractor and Electrician, Plumber required to repair under permit. 60 day follow up |
