Onsite at property with TPD, vehicle into building, structural damage to exterior of lower unit and structural damage to support members of upper unit balcony. Both upper and lower units currently vacant. Had management sign Notice of Violation to repair exterior and Indemnification to secure building. Maintenance shored up balcony and secured lower unit. No electrical or plumbing affected. |
