On site and at this time the property is fully secured. There is currently no evidence of any persons occupying the structure or the surrounding areas. All boards on doors and windows remain secured and all fencing panels are erect and locked. Solar panels and system has been installed but a residential solar permit #TC-RES-0724-04018 has expired. This property is condemned. Permits will be required within 60 days. All work must be done by a licensed contractor. |
