On site, grass and weeds exceed six inches in height in the front yard and sidewalk areas. Dead palm fronds were observed within 10 feet of the fence or a structure in both the front and back yards. Regarding the white pickup truck, no indications were found that the vehicle is inoperable. A Notice of Violation was issued. |
