Met with Occupant and Property Manager. Walked over to unit and Manager turned on the heater. No sparks no fire. Owner states they had a company named Boss Mechanical Contractor repair the heating system. Property Manger provided me a copy of the invoice they paid for the repair to the system. Including the list of items tested and checked at the time of the install. Also noted the smoke detectors were removed. Had property manger install smoke detectors into the rental unit. Close case |
