Observed a brick and mortar business that is in operation without a current C of O. This business also has a foot truck truck in the rear that serves as the kitchen for the restaurant (Willy's Philly's). The building had an electrical extention cord running across the parking lot to supply power to the blow up signage in front of the building. I had the owner remove the cord and advised him to cover the cord from the elements and ensure it will not be a trip hazard by covering it with some type of approved material for what he is using it for. I issued him an NOV on site but I will send NOV in the mail as well. |
